We are a family owned craft business in upstate New York. We are very proud of our products and strive to make YOUR time in the kitchen more fun, more efficient, and easier.  Believing the old ways are the best ways, we borrow from ancient civilizations and indigenous peoples of near and far away lands such as Alaska, Africa, Europe and Asia.  We search all over for ways to make your time in the kitchen fun and easy, by improving on our design, comfort, and sharpness. I believe in the quality of all my creations, because of that I offer a lifetime guarantee.  If for any reason one of my creations needs replacement, call me.  Just remember, you need to oil your wood monthly.  Mineral oil, Coconut oil, Corn oil or Vegetable oil.
